RESETTLE
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Genysis Labs LLC, doing business as Resettle (“Resettle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms govern your use of Resettle, including our mobile application, website at joinresettle.com, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By creating an account or using Resettle, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Resettle.
What Resettle Does
Resettle is a technology platform that connects people seeking housing or housing-related resources with housing providers, organizations, case workers, and other participating resources throughout the United States.
Resettle may provide housing searches, listings, applications, matching, messaging, appointments, resource information, verification features, payment services, and placement coordination.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Resettle Is Not Your Housing Provider
Resettle does not generally own, operate, lease, manage, inspect, or control housing listed by third parties.
Resettle is not generally a landlord, property manager, real-estate broker, shelter, housing authority, government agency, or emergency service.
Housing providers and other third parties are responsible for their own properties, services, listings, decisions, employees, contractors, and legal obligations.
No Guarantee of Housing
Resettle does not guarantee housing, shelter, placement, application approval, funding, assistance, availability, pricing, move-in dates, or any particular outcome.
Submitting an application or request does not create a lease, reserve housing, or guarantee acceptance.
Third-party information may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Users should verify important information before relying on it.
Accounts and Information
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
You may not impersonate another person, create fraudulent accounts, submit false or forged information, misrepresent eligibility, or use another person’s account without authorization.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
Resettle may require verification for certain features or services.
Applications, Matching and Verification
Resettle may facilitate applications, housing matching, recommendations, and verification.
Matching or recommendation features are intended to help identify potentially relevant opportunities and do not guarantee eligibility, approval, availability, placement, or any other outcome.
Provider verification confirms that Resettle completed its applicable verification process. It does not guarantee a provider’s safety, property condition, legality, quality, availability, or future conduct.
Housing providers remain responsible for their screening and housing decisions.
Fair Housing
Users and housing providers must comply with applicable federal, state, and local fair-housing and nondiscrimination laws.
Unlawful discrimination, steering, exclusion, harassment, or unequal treatment through Resettle is prohibited.
Resettle may remove listings or restrict accounts when necessary to address suspected violations or protect users.
Payments
Resettle may facilitate rent, housing-related payments, assistance payments, provider payments, fees, subscriptions, or other authorized transactions.
Payments may be processed by Resettle or third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
Resettle does not guarantee payment approval, processing time, or successful completion. Payments may be delayed, declined, reversed, refunded, restricted, or held where permitted or required.
A payment through Resettle does not create a lease or make Resettle responsible for the underlying housing arrangement.

You may not use Resettle to:
Commit fraud or scams.
Create fraudulent or misleading listings.
Submit forged information or documents.
Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse others.

Resettle is not an emergency service. Do not rely on Resettle for emergency shelter, medical care, crisis intervention, or immediate protection.
User Content
You are responsible for information, listings, documents, messages, applications, photographs, reviews, and other content you submit.
You represent that you have the right to submit that content.
You grant Resettle a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, display, transmit, and use your content as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Platform.

Third-Party Services
Resettle may use third-party services for payments, verification, analytics, communications, hosting, security, and other functionality.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Resettle is not responsible for independent third-party services except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Suspension or Termination
Resettle may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts or access when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce these Terms, protect the Platform, or comply with law.

Disputes and Governing Law
Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact Resettle at info@joinresettle.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms waives rights that cannot legally be waived.
